We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in Walsenburg, CO. This 12-hour night shift opportunity is ideal for an LPN with long-term care or skilled nursing experience who is ready to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive residential setting.
$47.00/Hour Competitive Pay
13-Week Opportunity - Contract runs September 8 through December 5, 2026.
12-Hour Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Assist with care planning and ongoing resident assessments.
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Float within the facility as needed to support resident care.
